Pepe and his team of excellent technicians have taken good care of my cars for years now. There isn't a problem he can't fix in a car with any year, make or model. Just recently my 2002 Mazda Tribute broke down at a restaurant. The shift gears didn't want to change and I definitely thought it would need a transmission job which can be very pricey. I called my technician Pepe and in just a couple of minutes he came in to assist my car and got it moving to his shop so I wouldn't need to pay a towing fee. Within the next two days he had my car ready for pickup. He explained to me that the problem wasn't severe at all and the best news to me was that I didn't have to get a tranny job! Aside from the towing fee that I saved, Pepe always offers very reasonable prices. All his jobs include warranty which he keeps his word on. I definitely recommend Aus-Tex Transmission! Once you bring your car here, you won't go with anybody else.

I was having a transmission issue with my 2004 Chevy Colorado Pick-up - I had gotten two referrals (one from another shop - Rose Automotive up close to my house in Wells Branch) and from a friend at work. I found the staff very easy to work with. I am on the computer and phone all day so I appreciated that they were very electronic in sending email quotes and text messages.They kept me well informed during the repair process and send me pictures after the transmission was removed, then cleaned and then ready for installation back into my truck.They gave me several options on the repair and warranty. This is a total second vehicle for me and use it as a truck - going to Home Depot and moving stuff so I wanted to keep my expense low but get good work done at the same time. They worked on my schedule and delivered as promised which I greatly appreciated.I would highly recommend Aus-Tex Transmission to all my friends and co-workers!
