Amazing service from a mechanic shop. They called me back same day with a very fair price, service was quick, and updated me through out the service with pictures. Best thing was that they washed my truck that I have not washed for over two years.

Shopped around for a rear differential overhaul and aus-Tex transmission was one of the few specialty shops that would call me back. Not only did hey get back with me in a timely manner, but the quote was almost half the price of a competitor. Ran into some issues with parts (no fault to them) and they still honored the original price even after doing three times the amount of labor originally thought to be required. Honest quality work and would recommend to anyone.

Very fast and friendly. Very responsive to questions and concerns. This being the first time I’ve had any serious repairs of this nature, and also being from out of town I had many. I will say it was 100% worth the drive. He was honest straightforward and very knowledgeable that is a hard combination to find in the mechanic industry now days. But I’m glad to say I have someone I can come to from now on. Keep up the great work 👍

The Austex crew has cared for my truck for over 100,000 miles, from about 275,000 to over 383,000. Every time they do a repair or maintenance, I say to myself, "Well, it still drives just fine and now the (insert new parts here) work just great, so I'll drive it another 10,000 miles." And then it goes more than that distance and I get something else fixed, and drive it some more. Great service, great prices, I strongly recommend them.
