Aus-Tex was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. My 2007 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins went into "limp mode" that turned out to be a minor mechanical failure. Pepe spent 20-30 minutes to explain to me how the failure affected operation of the vehicle and offer some steps that could be done to prevent failure. No pressure selling, just honest, straight-forward information and experience sharing. And the updates while the service is in progress is the icing on the cake! I'm hooked! I've used Austex Transmission for both transmission work and on diesel vans. Pepe knows both of these really well. Austex has always performed the work promptly and at the estimated price. They have also been really good with recommending preventive maintenance on items that are easier to get to when performing a different job (ie since we already have the fan and clutch removed to do job X, lets replace the clutch which are a known failure point).
